Food premises concentrate where the population does, and in California that is Los Angeles County with 494 covered ZIP codes, Sacramento holding 100 of them. How a grease trap cleaning job goes
An interceptor is pumped on a schedule and the schedule is written down. The trap is opened, the accumulated grease and solids are removed, the baffles are checked and the service is recorded.
